Effective July 22, 2026
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to ClientForth. They are a practical launch draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before accepting paid customers.
Using ClientForth
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for your business’s quotes, pricing, customer communications, and team access.
Customer data
Businesses control the customer information they submit or receive. You must have appropriate permission to collect and use that information. ClientForth processes it to provide the service.
Plans and billing
Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle until cancelled. Prices, limits, taxes, refunds, and trial terms shown during checkout form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe another tenant, upload malicious or unlawful content, send spam, infringe rights, or interfere with availability or security.
Availability and warranties
We work to provide a reliable service, but it is provided on an as-available basis. ClientForth does not guarantee business revenue, lead conversion, uninterrupted operation, or the accuracy of user-provided pricing.
Liability and termination
Accounts may be suspended for security, abuse, nonpayment, or material breach. Liability limitations and dispute terms must be finalized with counsel before commercial launch.
